Afterward, we'll pair you with a personal bookkeeper. They'll reconcile your accounts, categorize transactions, and generate your financial statements. They'll also ensure accuracy and tax compliance by making any necessary adjustments. We minimize the need for your input, but your bookkeeper will reach out if clarification is needed for specific transactions.

We handle everything within our secure, proprietary platform. No additional software is required on your end. Every report can be easily exported to Excel for sharing with anyone, like business partners or accountants.
Personal federal and state income tax filing is included for sole proprietors in our Premium plan.
For S-Corps, C-Corps, and Partnerships, adding personal filing for one partner or shareholder costs just $59/month (billed annually) or $69/month (billed monthly).
We primarily use a modified cash basis system. This means transactions are recorded when money enters your bank or hits your credit card.
Need accrual adjustments like accounts receivable/payable tracking or unearned revenue? Our specialized accounting add-on can handle that. With accrual accounting, revenue and expenses are recorded when earned, regardless of cash flow. We'll adjust these accruals at year-end to ensure your books reflect a modified cash basis.
